The Translational Imaging Group, in collaboration with the Queen's Square Multiple Sclerosis Centre, Polytechnique Montreal, University of Zurich and Vanderbilt University, recently published work in Neuroimage presenting the results of the first spinal cord grey matter segmentation challenge.
This paper presents the first grey matter spinal cord segmentation challenge. Six institutions around the world participated in the challenge and compared their methods. The challenge web site remains open to new submissions and we made public available a dataset with cervical spinal cord images from multiple vendors and sites.
