Miscellaneous Information

I am a Senior Research Associate and Chief Software Architect at the Wellcome EPSRC centre for Interventional and Surgical Sciences (WEISS) at UCL.

I work across multiple projects to guide the development of clinical software for pre-operative surgical planning and intra-operative image guided surgery. Our aim is to quickly translate new research into the clinic.

In industry, I worked for Barco Medical Imaging Systems developing clinically certified radiological software. In academia, I worked as a researcher at the Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford, the Oxford e-Research Centre and the Translational Imaging Group in the Centre for Medical Image Computing at UCL. 

I have a PhD (DPhil) from the University of Oxford in medical image analysis and computational modelling, an MSc from the University of Bath in applied mathematics, and an MPhys from the University of Edinburgh in mathematical physics.

I am an honorary research fellow at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

  • Personalised airflow modelling from CT
