Congratulation to Guotai Wang who has been awarded the annual PhD Prize of the Department of Medical Physics and Biomedical Enginnering for his paper on segmentation of the placenta from fetal MRI. The prize is for the best paper published by a student during the previous academic year. Guotai won that prize with a fierce competition of 11 submissions which was the highest number the department has ever had.
