Dr. Christos Bergeles from TIG will be presenting his work on microsurgical robots for vitreoretinal interventions at the 100% Optical Event at Excel London on Monday 8th February. He was invited as a member of the Speaker Network from Fight for Sight.

 

100% Optical is a premier EU event around ophthalmology and optometry, and attracts several thousand of participants from industry, clinic, and research.

EpiNavTrajPlannerThe Wellcome Trust have awarded a multi-million pound grant through the Health Innovation Challenge Fund to continue research into Image-guided neurosurgical treatment of epilepsy. The work is led by Professor John Duncan and Professor Sebastien Ourselin. 

Dr Andre Altmann will be delivering a lecture as part of the eMedLab workshop and symposium on Thursday 14 January 2016, 8.55am - 12.30pm. The talk is titled "Images and Genes: Imaging genetics in Alzheimer's disease".
